Terms and conditions
1)when contacting us, you will be required to give your full contact details including mobile number and email address
2) Your trial Payment + travel will be due in order to secure your wedding date. we will do our best to keep the date free whilst you prepare your deposit, although this is not guaranteed. Payment made for a trial must be made upfront and are non refundable. ( we cannot accept part payment from multiple bank accounts. For ease payments must be paid by a single bank payment)
• if you book in with one of my team your 30% deposit will be due in order to secure your wedding date the the trial payment can be made directly to the artist on or before the trial date.
• If you need to cancel your trial or reschedule this needs to be done more than 24 hours before the date if you cancel within the 24 hour time frame the payment will still need to be paid.
•A deposit of 30% of the final booking amount is due after the trial. If your wedding is within 4 weeks of the trial, full payment will need to be transferred after. If your booking is under £250 then instead of the 30% of the final booking cost the full payment is required after trial.
•The final balance plus travel expenses should be paid 4 weeks before the wedding date via bank transfer.
3) Trials cost £130 + travel for hair and makeup or £100 for hair or makeup + travel. most hair and makeup trials will be completed in 2 to 2 and a half hours.
• The trial payment is due 4 weeks before the trial date.
• Travel will be charged for the trial and for the wedding day this will be charged at 45p a mile.
4) Cancellations and Issues
•If you need to cancel your booking your trial payment and booking fee is non refundable
• If you need to cancel your booking after paying your 30% deposit after the trial and booking us in for the day this becomes non refundable.
• If you cancel your booking within 28 days within your booking date 30% of your final booking will be required.
• If you cancel within 7 days of your booking the full payment of your booking will be required.
• In the event that I am I’ll or unable to do your booking myself anymore I will find a replacement artist for you- nothing will change other than the artist- the cost and fees stay the same.
• If you need to move your wedding date we will try our hardest to reschedule to your desired date within 12 months of the original date.
